Who we are
Dundas Valley Appliance Repair started in 2022, with one technician and one van, running calls between Dundas and Stoney Creek. The idea was simple: a repair service that answers its own phone, names one honest price on site, and actually knows the streets it drives.
Too many repair calls in this area were getting routed through call centres two provinces away, with dispatchers who couldn't tell you when a technician might actually show up. We built the opposite: a small crew that covers both Dundas and Stoney Creek, diagnoses the fault before quoting a price, and stands behind the work with a warranty they'll actually honour.
We're small enough that the person who answers the phone knows the technician driving to your kitchen.
We stayed two-city on purpose. Covering just Dundas and Stoney Creek means our vans know the older homes near downtown Dundas, the newer builds up on Stoney Creek Mountain, and the handful of appliance brands that fill most of the kitchens and laundry rooms in between. We'd rather know this area well than spread thin trying to cover the whole region.
The approach hasn't changed since day one. Diagnose honestly, quote one exact price, fix it properly the first time, and back the repair with a real warranty. If something genuinely isn't worth fixing, we say so before you spend a dollar on it, even when that costs us the job.
